What we collect and why.
The enquiry form collects your name, email, product URL, chosen channel and the problem you describe. We use it to assess fit, reply and manage the requested engagement. You are not automatically subscribed to marketing.
We also record limited page/action events without cookies, session replay or visitor profiles. Enquiry source fields help us understand where requests came from. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control suppress optional website action events.
Storage and service providers.
Durable Labs enquiry records are stored on our Amsterdam application host. Cloudflare serves and protects the website. Operator calls to provider APIs run through Sydney.
If you use the phone number, the existing ProductQuant phone service handles calls and texts. It may use an AI intake guide, and calls may be recorded with disclosure. Cal.com handles booking when the service-specific calendar is connected. Their services have their own privacy terms.
Retention and your choices.
Website enquiries are retained for up to 90 days unless an active engagement requires a separate client record. Restricted recovery backups expire within seven further days. Minimal anonymous action counts are retained for up to 30 days. Phone retention is governed by the current provider configuration and is not represented here as independently verified.
Email jake@productquant.dev to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask how your enquiry is handled. Do not send passwords, sensitive personal data or confidential client data through the form or text line.
