You cannot win a shelf you are not on.

Start with the channel’s actual requirements and the job’s constraints, then test the offer.

Audit access and capability

Verify whether the product is available in the channel the buyer uses. Check required authentication, supported operations, outputs, pricing and limits. Describe what was observed in the sampled sources instead of asserting a universal absence.

Make comparison possible

Use precise capability descriptions, explicit input/output examples and understandable commercial terms. Agents and people both need evidence that the product can finish their job.

Choose the next experiment

A listing change can test discoverability. Offer variants can test evaluation. An execution harness can test fulfilment. Start with the stage that is blocking progress.
